CCM Advisers was founded after much prayer and consideration on how to best help communities and organizations. Utilizing the experiences of our Founder and CEO, we’re able to offer expert assistance while maintaining the personal touch that our clients deserve.
Meet Beth
Beth Bleess is the Founder and CEO of CCM Advisers. Beth has over ten years workforce management and executive level human resources experience. She uses her extensive human resources and professional recruitment experiences to ensure organizations successfully achieve their objectives.
Her experience in workforce management for a Fortune 50 Company honed her skills of projecting workload to achieve staffing levels for various business needs. This experience directly relates to utility rate forecasts. She would look at the projects that needed to be completed (just like a Capital Improvement Plan), along with the organizational needs to meet the day-to-day demands of the organization (just like the day-to-day requirements of running a safe, effective, and compliant water and waste water system), and forecast the daily, weekly, and monthly staffing requirements to achieve operational Key Performance Indicators (just like the rates needed to achieve the goals and daily operations).
With over a decade of exposure to local government Beth knows the struggles of local government managers. She understands what it takes to recruit high caliber and highly ethical leaders into any organization. Providing exceptional service to clients and delivering the right results has become the emblem of CCM Advisers.
